Approach
GoldIntel is a focused XAUUSD desk. The briefs published here reflect a single, deliberate approach to reading the tape — short on dogma, long on discipline.
The frame
Gold trades on macro structure first, technicals second. The dollar, real yields, risk regime, central-bank positioning, and inflation expectations set the directional bias; chart structure decides timing and risk. We hold both views simultaneously and let either side veto the other when they disagree.
What a brief contains
A directional bias for the next session, the archetype that describes the setup, a specific entry zone, a stop with an explicit invalidation condition, two targets measured in R-multiples, the catalyst risk window, the macro tape that supports or contradicts the bias, and a cross-asset confluence read. Nothing else.
Self-skepticism is part of the product
Every brief includes the condition under which the read is wrong and the alternative read that becomes valid if it does. A read that cannot be falsified isn't a read — it's a hope. We surface track-record outcomes (hits, misses, expiries) once the sample is meaningful.
What is published, and what isn't
Published briefs are reads we're prepared to act on. Discarded drafts, internal experiments, and reads that didn't clear our own bar don't make the site. The list at /analysis is a curated stream, not a firehose.
How to read what's here
A brief is a structured opinion. If you can't read it, evaluate the reasoning, and decide whether you agree, you should not act on it. The site is for traders who want a second view next to their own work — not for traders who want a button to press.
